Twin River Farms is located 12 miles northwest of Exit 275 off Interstate 10, and is only 30 miles west of the crossroads of Interstate 10 and 75.  This makes for an easy commute to Tallahassee, Gainesville, Jacksonville, or Valdosta.  Here you would be living in the lowest wind zone rating area in Florida reducing your risk from hurricanes, plus home construction cost and  insurance costs.  Jennings offers great climate year round. 

Madison Blue Spring State Park is only 7 miles north of Twin River Farms.  This crystal clear, first magnitude spring is a popular spot for swimming and cave diving.  Voted the #1 swimming hole in the country by USA Today, Madison Blue Spring is a family favorite destination and a fantastic place to spend the day.

Ten miles west of Twin River Farms you will find the town of Madison.  In Madison there are two grocery stores, CVS, Walgreens, Madison County  Memorial Hospital, North Florida College, restaurants, and much more.  Twenty miles southeast is the town of Live Oak.  At Live Oak there is a Super Wal-Mart, Lowes, two grocery stores (Publix and Winn Dixie), Shand’s Hospital, restaurants, and plenty more.

Twin River Farms - Estate 26  is mostly wooded in oak and other hardwood trees.  We have cleared out a driveway and home site area on the property. The property is located on a dirt road and less than half of a mile from the nearest paved road.  Electricity is available to the front of the parcel.  There is no requirement or timetable to build.  However when you decide to build it must be 720 square feet or larger.  Modular homes and mobile homes are allowed providing they meet the minimum square footage.  Farm animals are permitted.  There are already several families living in Twin River Farms.
