We have been selling land in North Central Florida for the past 40 years. The largest cities in our area are Lake City, Live Oak, and Madison. Our properties are located in the following counties: Columbia, Hamilton, Madison, Suwannee, and Union.
North Central Florida is known as the spring capital of Florida. In our area there are over 60 natural springs and 6 rivers. There are numerous county, state, and federal parks for canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding, hiking, fishing, swimming, scuba diving, and much more.

Peacock Springs features one of the longest underwater cave systems in the continental United States and is located southwest of Live Oak in Suwannee County. Cave divers have explored and surveyed nearly 33,000 feet of underwater passages at Peacock Springs.
The crystal clear Ichetucknee River flows six miles through shaded hammocks before it joins the Santa Fe River. From the end of May until early September, tubing down the river is the premier activity in the area.
The Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park is located just north of Live Oak. It hosts numerous concerts, festivals, and art shows throughout the year. The largest concert is the Suwannee River Jam which is held annually in the spring and features big name country music artists.
